AEFL

The Advanced Experimental Fluids Laboratory (AEFL) supports advanced teaching, innovative flow research experiments, and the use of state-of-the-art optical and laser-based measurement techniques.

The laboratory is still under development and new equipment and installations will be implemented over time.

Facilities

Current equipment/installations:

  • Photron Mini UX100 high speed camera
  • LED Illuminator
  • Optical table (1.5 m x 2.4 m)
  • Educational PIV system + water jet experiment

Access and admission requirements

Access is granted on project basis by arrangement with the laboratory administrator.
