Research

In my research, I am interested in how municipalities can strengthen their capacity to work more systemically with children and young people’s health and wellbeing. I am particularly interested in how systems approaches and the use of Collective Impact can support capacity building, data-informed decision-making, cross-sector collaboration and more coherent action in a municipal context. My motivation lies in generating knowledge that can contribute to more coherent and supportive systems around children and young people, thereby strengthening their health, wellbeing, development and learning.

Teaching activities

When I teach, it is important to me to create a safe and engaging learning environment where students have the opportunity to be curious, ask questions and connect theory with practice.

I have teaching experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of complex interventions in public health.
