I have a background in physics and biomedical engineering and completed my studies in the Netherlands, where I worked on projects involving tissue clearing and segmentation software for PET-CT imaging. I am currently a scientific assistant at the MR Research Centre, Department of Clinical Medicine at Aarhus University, focusing on image processing and multinuclear MR.
I work with MRI data from carbon-13, sodium-23 and hydrogen-1, developing tools to process and bring together images from these different nuclei. I also design scanning trajectories in MATLAB, prepare research data and set up models for analysis. Alongside colleagues at the MR Research Centre, I help test new imaging methods.
