As an Associate Professor in proteomics, I conduct research on mass spectrometry-based proteomics and bioinformatics, with applications in kidney research. I have a background in analytical chemistry and extensive experience in mass spectrometry, proteomics, and computational data analysis. My current roles include research, teaching, and managing the Proteomics Core Facility at the Department of Biomedicine, Aarhus University.
I use mass spectrometry-based proteomics and bioinformatics as my signature approach. My work focuses on studying kidney functions, kidney diseases, and related cellular processes through these methods. I am dedicated to developing innovative techniques that unravel the complexities of kidney biology.
