Profile

As professor, I primarily work with register-based research in neuro- and reproductive epidemiology, with a particular focus on epilepsy, febrile seizures, childhood developmental disorders (such as ADHD and autism), as well as children's overall development and well-being. I have a background in public health and epidemiology and serve as a board member of the Danish Epidemiological Society, where I held the position of chair from 2022 to 2024.
