I have a background in biochemistry and biotechnology with a strong interest in stem cell biology and understanding how hibernation is regulated in different animal models for its therapeutic potential in translational research. I am currently a research assistant pursuing a PhD project in the de Morree lab.
Researching how quiescent stem cells are regulated, with a particular focus on muscle stem cells as well as researching the molecular mechanisms underlying hibernation.
I conduct wet-lab experiments, quantitative analyses, and data interpretation to support ongoing research projects.
