My research develops quantitative models of animal performance, health, and environmental outcomes as dynamic responses to interacting drivers, such as temperature, nutrition, disease, and antimicrobial use. At Aarhus University, I am building a program around three themes: modelling animal performance under multiple stressors, quantifying trade-offs in antimicrobial use and resistance, and linking biological dynamics to environmental assessment. My goal is to provide quantitative tools for navigating the trade-offs that define sustainable livestock production.
